Customer Service Specialist

Job Description

  • The selected candidate will have to schedule appointments that were appointed by the case managers in the US
  • Must be proficient enough in using the calendar function in Clio to see appointments
  • Will be contacting client's and performing an interview regarding past jobs and medical treatment
  • Will be filling up the (Social Security Form) SSA form online while interviewing the client
  • Will be downloading and saving the completed application and submission confirmation into Clio documents for archival purposes
  • Adding medical sources into the communications tab in Clio and will be the task case manager that appoints when it is complete and the results of the appointment

Skills & Qualifications

  • Must be knowledgeable in Data Entry or Customer Service
  • Must have an experience in being a Customer Care Specialist or equivalent for a year
  • Must be proficient in English
  • Candidate with A experience in Cilo (App) is preferred
